My email address has changed

Email addresses in our system are uniqueand can not be changed. If your email address has changed. Create a new account and contact our Customer Service to notify them about the change.

My phone number has changed

Log into your account. On the My Account page click the phone number to edit

I have lost my 2FA code

Please note that we can not recover your 2FA code or recovery key. If you have lost your 2FA device or if it is unavailable, please contact our Customer Service for assistance. You will be required to provide identification documents to initiate this process.
